PERSONNEL OFFICER —Kenneth L. Hess, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hess, 506 South Franklin Street, has been appointed personnel officer by the Pennsylvania Game Commission. He served as game protector in Lehigh County for the past three years and is a graduate of Millersville State College and the Ross Leffler School of Conservation. He is married to Sandra Lee Parr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Parr, 48 East Middle Street, and the couple have a three-year-old daughter, Cheryl. Hess will asume his new position in Harrisburg next week.
