COURT NEWS.The partition suit of Matilda Lay and otherB for the sale of real estate vs as heard before Judge Francisco today. The commissioner sold the land to Matilda Lay for $300 and the same was approved by the court.The case of Pearl Johnson against Harrison Buckner, of Hanover, was compromised and the defendant agreed to pay a stipulated sum for the support of the child. Zearing and Mouser represented the girl and Harry Lemen was attorney for the defendant.
