Betty will be a sophomore at Northwestern Oklahoma State University at Alva, Oklahoma.The Right-to-Read program isavailable at the Wellington Public Library for persons 16 years and up. Carol Jean Boone of Caldwell is in Wellington on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Sessions are held at the Library on Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. and Thursday from 10-12 a.m. Persons willMr. and Mrs. Norman Kline proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Marya Kay, born July 1, 1977 at theWellington Hospital.
