90 th BirthdayLast Monday witnessed the celebration of the 90th birthday of Mrs. Mary Barns-back, widow of Geoge Barns baok. She was born June 25, 1787, and moved to the neetead in 1809, where she still lives.She is the mother of ten children, only four of whom are now living. Thomas J., aged 60 years; J obn J , aged 62, and Julius A,, aged 51. The boys were all present. The only living daughter, Hannah J. Uiliharn, being away from her home on a visit to her obildren. There were over one hundred relatives present. A feast was prepared and ample provision made for all. 8he invited no one, but said; “Tell all to come, they will be welcome, friends as well as relatives.” She is enjoying good health, and is as active as most ladies at 60 years. She reads the papers regularly, and takes much interest in everything. It was a most pleasant and social gathering. Edwardsville Republican.
