Mrs. Ralph Higgle of 215 Union av., Hover, had additional reason to celebrate on .Inly 4—it’s her birthday.Tomorrow, however, she’ll have to put aside'her hobbies because the family (2 sons, 3 daughters, 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren), is going to help her celebrate her 81st observance of the holiday.She really doesn’t need much help. It appears she is quite capable of doing everything herself.in addition to helping with the cooking and housework, Mrs. Riggle is active in Senior Cit-zens, the ST ('lub, 1111 Club and Naomi Circle of Dover f irst Methodist Church. Her hobbies include making fancy pillows, pillow cases, aprons, crocheting and quilting.A native of Duller, Da., Mrs. Riggle came to Dover in 1913.She resides with a daughter in the home which she and herhusband built.She even drives her own car!
