The committee, she said, .wants the law changed to permit physicians, hospitals and qualified clinics to disseminate birth control information to persons unable'to pay for such services.Amending the present laws, Mrs. Worthington said, would put a slop to the bootlegging'’' of harmful contraceptive measures. .Mrs. Worthington will return to Washington next month to attend the twenty-first anniversary, dinner of the American Birth Control league, it will celebrate the coming of age” of the ’movement started by Mrs. Sanger.
