BLANEY of Saugus. tn said county, cabinet maker, and K ANN IE BLANEY, hia wife, that they are of the age of twenty-one ye-tra or upwards and are desirous of adopting ADA MONROE, a child of unknown parentage and a foundling, which said child was born on or about tw» nty-tlrst day of November, A- D., 1890. I hat the Si ld child was committed to the custody of the State Board of Lunacy and C hanty by the Overseers of th** Poor of Boston December 5th, 1890, since which date she has been supported by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Notice of this petition has been given to the State Board of Lunacy and Charity.Wherefore we pray or leave to adop said child and that tier name may be changed to that of PEARL ESSIE BLANEY.Dated this first day of November, A.
