Parr.Mrs. Bertha Simpson, a daugh testified that her brothers had fu^ed to contribute to the sup; of the father who resides with ' Two other daughters and a have been contributing to his s port, she testified.The two brothers tcld the lt;\ that they did not feel that tiiey w in a financial posiion to aid insupport of their father because thad his own family to keep.Nevertheless Judge Walter I. lt;derson ruled that the sons had ligation to their parent as ? and that it was not fair that burden of the support should fall some and not all the children. ju, Anderson directed that Donald P pay $12 monthly to Probation Of er William H.
