Stork ClubPhillipsMr. and Mrs. Ken Phillips of Rustoti announce the arrival of their second child, a son, born Jan. 15 at SI. Francis Hospital in Monroe. They named the child Douglas Ernest Phillips and he weighed 6 lbs even upon arrival.He is welcomed home by a sister, Kimberly Ann, age three.Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lament Phillips of Ruston and maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Parisy of Shreveport.The paternal greatgrandmother is Mrs. Beadie Phillips of Quitman. Mrs. Clara Parisy of Bossier City is the maternal great-grandmother.
