BIRTHMr, and Mrs. Reginald C, Tongue of Drew Street, AH' napolis, announce the birth of a daughter, Sheree Chantei Tongue, Dec. 27 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.Mrs. Tongue is the former Carra Matthews, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson J. Matthews of Robert Small Road, Annapolis. The paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Tongue of Annapolis andthe great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Martin Sandier of San Jose, Calif.
