Because of their generosity my seventeen-year-old -Kathy has received treatment in Rex Hospital in Raleigh since she was stricken by polio on Oct. 1, 1948.Kathy’s is a severe case, and by last July had cost the National Foundation S15..000, Last week they performed a serious operation on her, and she is still a very sick child.I want to thank the Rocky Mount-Nash Chapter of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis for what it has done for my daughter, and I wish for it a very successful campaign this year.Sincerely,Fred Stott Bailey, N.
