Kvij; ; ■lt;■'C\Lj.\; -'u.V' •!«nnHiM«iaw;'Cattle at School for Deaf Beat in Mh-muri Valley Group.Pulton, Mo , Jan. 18 —-The dairy herd of the Missouri School for Deaf at Pulton has ranked highest in the Missouri Valley Association during the last two years.Records received by 8teward E L. Dunlop of the school from R. 8. Caldwell, association tester, show that the school herd rated higher than any other of the 17 in the group in the average milk and average amount of butterfat produced.In addition to this, the Missouri School for Deaf herd has been on the honor roll of the American Holstein Association for the last two years. This means that a herd must average 300 pounds of butterfal per cow per year.The herd consists of 26 cows The average production of the Pulton herd is 984 pounds of milk and 35 6 pounds of butterfat per month.
