In fact, healmost walked out of the party but several women dragged him bxick to it.Later, whim asked what he thought of the shower, he shook his head and said softly, “I just don't know what to say/'Rosas said he didn't suspect that his fellow telephone operators wore giving him the shower, the first ever for a man at the Yuma Mountain Bell office.All of the 63 women operators knew about the shower and for that many |)eople to keep a secret is surprising.One woman commented, “I’m surprised the secret was so well kept. 1 thought it would leak out”Rosas learned of the shower when it began yesterday during his afternoon break in the coffee room of the office. His fellow workers said it looked like he hit a brick wall when►he saw the cake and gifts on the coffee room's table. -The women operators generally organize a baby shower every time one of them has a baby.
