O.No. 2091, folio 499, etc.That William Lorman never sold or conveyed the fee bed of said court or alley, and was the owner of the same at the time of hisdeath, which thereupon vested in his onlyson and heir-at-law, Alexander Lorman, who died on or about January 14th, 1872,seized of the said court, leaving a last willnow of record in the office of Register of Wills for Baltimore city, in Wills Liber J. H. B., No. 38, folio 56, etc., whereby after making certain devises and bequests, which do not affect the said court, he devised and bequeathed all the rest, residue and remainder of his estate to his executors, Edward Roberts and Dr. John H. Patterson, and the survivor of them, in trust to divide his estate into two equal parts and hold one of such parts in trust for the following children of his late uncle William Fulford namely: Eieanor. Elizabeth. Avarilla. Sal-lie, Henry and Alexander L., his maternal cousins and their heirs, and after paying expenses to pay to his aunt, Mary F, Fulford, the annual a.*™Fuirora, saran auu nsjes auu son Sappington. ......That by the terms of the said will of Alexander Lorman, it was provided, upon certain conditions, that the Baltimore Asylum forlthe Blind should become entitled to certain portion or portions of the residue of his estate, and by a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, passed in the case of Roberts,‘et. al. vs. Torrance, it was determined that the testator intended to make the Maryland Institution for the instruction of the blind the devissee and legatee under the designation of the Baltimore Asylum for the Blind. That by Chapter 481, of the Acts of 1886, the name of the said Maryland Institution for the Instruction of the Blind was changed for the Maryland School for the Blind, under which name the 6aid corporation is entitled to whatever property passed by the terms of said will in favor of the Baltimore Asylumfor the Blind. . ,The bill further states that the plaintiffs and their predecessors in title have for a period of more than twenty years been in actual, visible, distinct and exclusive possession of the bed of -----m wmwmnrmSusan Chancellor.
