Ex-Constable Acquitted On Nonsupport ChargeEarnest Dankirt, 1811 E. Eureka St., who was a constable of Perry Township at the time of his arrest on a charge of nonsupport, was found ihnocent in Juvenile Court yesterday.Judge Joseph B. Quatinan said the verdict came after Mrs, Dankirt refused to testify against her husband, claiming she and their forr children were well .pported.The original charge was filed by Attorney Richard C. Bennett, conn- , ty humane officer.Dankirt's term as constable end- ’ ed Dec. 31.
