H. dr H. R. T)ang*rfle!d, acting for the owner of the property, A. C. Spring ofBoston, Man. The contract stipulates thfit the work shall he flnlrhad April 1.The additional story will be built of light-faced brick and the specifications rail for an especially handsome cornice. When completed the floor space of the building. Including the four stories and basement, will give a floor space of 27,7W) square feet. The company also occupiesa warehouse of U.oOO square feet, or a total space for display and storage of 41, TOG square feet.A Unique Display.The company plans an elaborate and unique system of furniture display on thetr fourth floor In single rooms and en suite There will be seventeen rooms on the floor furnished in various styles and according to different periods.
