George LeRoy W alker Honored On 90th DateGeorge LeRoy Walker will he honored with nn open houw* celebrating his 90th birthday Thursday at Farmington IDS First Ward. 272 North Mam Street from the hours; of 3 to 7 p.m.MR. WALKER was born January 13. I87 at Farmington. to John L. and Emma Hills Walker.He married Ellen Elizabeth Hess in 1916 in the Salt Ukr Temple, while residing in Clifton. Ida. They returned to Farmington In 1962. Mrs. Walker pawed away in 1971 He later married Glodys Robinson.MR. Walker has been a builder and contractor and active in civic and church affairs, serving on the school board and chuirman of oldfolks committee 17 years and many years In the MIA presidency and the Sunday School superintendency in Clifton. He is a High Priest and serving as a home teacher In the Farmington First Ward.He has seven living «ons and daughters. Zam- Walker. Los Angeles. Call/.; Mrs Richard (Faye) Henderson. Mrs. B K (Mary) Kirkbnde, Clearfield. Mrs. Grant (Arlene) Miller. Hooper; Vance Walker, Mrs Keith (Sharon) Thompson. Bountiful Two children. George and Betty died previously.MR.
