Kern, Lakeland vice president, said today.*‘So we'll probably move in before June 16. the first day of summer school.Building trades strikes held up an opening this month, as called for in early 1970 plans.PHASE I of the new campus includes administrative. counseling and instructional offices, classrooms, science labs, cafeteria. greenhouse and a 250-seat auditorium.Data processing and engineering technology classes will continue in Painesvilie classes on Mill Street until the $4.2 million phase II is completed next January, Kern said.“We expect our biggest influx of students next September—about 2,700 to 2,800.”PHASE II will include a computer center, law enforcement and language labs, child development and nursing classes, gymnasium, library, and art and TV studios.*‘A student could register for summer school at any time now. He would attend classes at the new campus,” Kern said.
