First Child BornMr. and Mrs. Johnny Usher of Charleston, S. C. have announced the birth of their first child, a daughter, Teresa Ann, Jan. 2 at 11:24 a.m. in a hospital there. She weighed seven pounds, nine ounces.Mrs. Blanche Ferrell of 208 Ridge Ave. is the great-grandmother. The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Travis R. Ferrell of Charleston, S. C. and other great-grandparents are Bruce Carper of Wachula, Fla., and the late Mrs. Carper, all formerly of Beckley.
