Lamoree, S. W. Vance, W. J. Pepper, John Wall, J. D. Lari more, W. H. Low, Elias Webster, M. W. Bawls and A. D. Tyrrell, of Conners-ville; Ephriam Derbyshire, Benton-ville; J. B. Drake, Alquina: S. N. Hamilton, S. D. Shepard, Everton; R. W. Sipe, Fayetteville; John Turner,• Null town; U. B, Tingley* Harrisburg;' Charles Wyman, Lyons Station.Under the new law it is the duty of all physicians and aceouchers to report all births aiid deaths under their supervision, to the secretary of the boardof health, with such facts as are obtainable, within fifteen days from the date of the occurrence, under the penalty of a fine not less than five dollars nor more than ten. If 110 physician be in attendance, then it becomes the duty of the householder under whose observation such birth or death may occur, to make said report, except in eases that come under the supervision of the coroner, who is also required to make official report.
