Frank R. Thompson, the Veteran SugarBroker, Passes Away.Mr. Prank R. Thoanpson, one of Cincinnati’s pioneers, and for many years prominent In the business world, died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, at the Union Bethel. There were few better known men in Cincinnati. In point of years he waa the oldestsugar dealer in the city, having retired but a few years ago. But he was beat knownthrough his connection with the Union Bethel, having been more intimately connected with that institution for the past twenty-five years than any other person in the city. He was seventy-six years old, and for several yearsPuSt Pe ^as raade his home at the Bethel,though offered every comfdrt at the homes of his sons, devoting a great portion of his time to assisting the poor. He leaves three sons George Howell, John Norris and Newcomb Butler Thompson. Arrangements for the funeral services have not yet been made.
