Captain Pettis has a very happy way of expressing himself and held the rapt attention of the audience during the entire delivery. The paper was (published as number ten of the Century articles uf I ho Civil War. The brave comrade will deliver a lecture before Gen. G, X. Warren Post 011 the Oth proximo. At the Wednesday evening„ meeting the comrades, by a rising vote, passed a hearty vote of thanks to the lecturer for his able and instructive address.Min.
