This case, tried before Judge Cox and a Jury, was brought under the Bastardy Act. Plaintiff alleges defendant is tlio father of her illegitimate child; that the intimacy took plhce between March ‘28 and April 4, near her father’s house. The parties lived near Miamitown.The defendant was examined and denied that he had spoken to or had any intimacy with the plaintiff since January 1. 1877.
