Mr. and Russell Brignon have a son, born on Valentine's day at Woodward Memorial Hospital in Sandwich. The day was also the 91st birthday anniversary of the baby’s great-grandmother, Mrs. Sarah Pool, Ottawa* The child, the second of Mr. and Mrs. Brignon, weighed 102 lbs.; his name is William Russell. He has a sister a year old, Rosemary. Mrs. Brignon is the former Miss Mabel Dorainy. The children are the grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Brignon.
