Cold or Snowbound, the World Goes OnWilton—“A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed” was more than true in the case of Mrs. Charles Mathias, residing six and a half miles south east of Wilton who gave birth to a 6 3-4 pound son last week at the home of her neighbor, Mrs. Frank Kelley, where she hadbeen taken across the field earlier in the day, when blocked roads prevented the attendance of a physician or her removal to a hospital.Mrs. Kelley attended Mrs. Mathias in the emergency and both mother and child are doing nicely under her care.
