ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH GROUP TO BEGIN CAMPAIGN SUNDAY. Sixty men and women, members of St. Patrick's parish, met Friday evening for the purpose of organiz ing and receiving instructions in connection with a campaign that is to be conducted among the mem bers and families of the church to reduce the indebtedness incurred in building the school and community center. The new unit of the church, con structed at a cost of $78,000, has been in operation for over a year. The school, under the supervision of four Sisters from the academy in Ottumwa, has 112 pupils enrolled in its eight grades. At a recent meeting of the new ly-formed executive committee, Pe ter Leinhauser was elected general chairman of the campaign and Frank Gibbons campaign treasurer. The fifteen teams will be under the leadership of Fred Hilliard, Will Whalen and Paul Celania, as division heads, and the following, as team captains: C. J. Curry, Mrs. James Courtney, Tony Rowland, J.J. Vogt, Henry Fabritz, John Fab ritz, Mrs. N. B. Davis, Joe R. Geno chio, John Vandella, Chris Yochum, James Glentzer, Francis Mullen, Patrick Glynn, Anthony Celania, Hugh Deitch and James Courtney, Jr. The parish is ready to project its appeal and will open it with a din ner at the Community center Sun day evening at 6:30. The Rev. James Foley, pastor of the Sacred Heart church, will be the principal speaker. The teams will solicit in the par ish during the following week and will hold report meetings at the Community center each night at 9:30. The present schedule calls for the campaign to be brought to a close Sunday evening, February 22.
