Mrs. Eddie Gessells Honored At ShowerMrs. Joe McGatha entertained Monday night at her home in Dick-en Addition with a stork shower in honor of her niece Mrs. Eddie 'Gessells of Logan Route 3.The array of gifts was arranged under a yellow umbrella fromwhich extended a miniature babydoll.A delicious lunch was served which included a pink and white heart-shaped cake in keeping with St. Valentine’s Day, baked by Mrs. Bert Gessells.Prizes won by Mrs. Henry Searles and Miss Carrie Scott were later presented to the guest of honor.Attending were Mrs. Don Bennington, Mrs. Henry Searles, Mrs. Bert Gessells, Mrs. Leonard Lacy, Mrs. Arthur Casto, Mrs. Regina Wolfe, Mrs. Willmut Vermillion, Mrs. Lydia Dorris, Mrs. Marie Anderson, Miss Vivian Vermillion,Miss Beverly Gessells, Susan Wolfe, Joseph McGatha, Jr., the honored guest Mrs. Eddie Gessells and the hostess Mrs. McGatha.Unable to be present but sending their gifts were Mrs. Jesse She-line, Mrs. J. B. Waldron, Mrs. Ar-lis Hiles, Mrs. Carl Martin, Mrs. Bill Konkler, Mrs. Stella Patton and Mrs. Anna Brooks.
