19' IXWayne Eastman of Ansted entered a plea of guilty to breaking and entering the house of E. L. Dempsey at Ansted and was given a sentence of one year in the state penitentiary at Moundsville and costs.Henry Painter of Oak Hill entered a plea of guilty to the larceny of some hams the property of Fred Stewart and was given a sentence of one year in the state penitentiary and costs.Clyde Debb of Bellwood entered a plea of guilty to the larceny of some cigarettes taken from the Bellwood Coal company store at Bellwood and w'as placed on parole for a period of three years.
