The girl weighed nine pounds and has been named Kristi Leigh.Mrs. Cowan is the former Joyce Fay Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. V. A. Miller of Malden. Cowan is pastor of the Randles General Baptist Church, and is the son of Mrs. Rosa Cowan of Gideon.WITT - Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Witt of Jackson are the parents of their first child, a son born Dec. 23 at 9:33 a.m. in Southeast Missouri Hospital. The boy weighed eight pounds 15 ounces and has been named Robert Ryan.Mrs. Witt is the former Deborah A. Tedder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Maevers of Scott City.
