The IPeople of the State of New York, to Patrick McAndrew, Ann McAndrew, Francis McAndrew. and George (dr Joseph) Me Andrew, being heirs at law and next of km of Kichard McAndrew, late of the town of Andover, in Allegany County, deceased, G reetiog: You and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our surrogate of Allegany County, at his office in Wellsville, N« Y«, in said count yf on the 0th day of January, 1802, at ten o'clock in the fo**©-voon of that day, then and there to attend the judicial settlement of the accounts of Anthony McAndrew and Martha McAndrew as administrators of the said deceased.{And if any of the above named persons interested, be under the age of twenty-one years they are required to appear by their guardian, if they have one, and if they have none, to appear and apply for a special guardian to be appointed or in the, event of their failure to do so. a special guardian wijl be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act for them m this proceeding.)In Testimony whereof* we have caused the seal of office of our said surrogate to be hereunto affixed.Witness, Hon. 8.
