Milton Rom BoohMilton Ross Bush, son of William and Rebekah Bush, was born Nov, 20, 1868, in Woolworth County, Sharon, Wisconsin. He died Dec. 18, 1938, in the People's Hospital in Independence, Iowa. At the age of 70 years and 28 days. He came to Iowa when be was a young man, in August, 1887. He was united in marriage to Vestili-na Annis Storey, on Nov. 15, 1892. To this union were born two children, one dying in infancy. Mrs. Bush preceded hi min death, on Dec. 1, 1928. Mr. Bush has made his residence in Buchanan County since coming from Wisconsin, and has made his home in Littleton for the past 24 years. He engaged in the farming industry until his health failed him about seven years ago. He was a member of the First Baptist church.Surviving him are one son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bush, and their children, Alvin and Ves-tilina, of Littleton; two sisters. Mrs. Dena Hawley, of Harvard, III.; Mrs. Cora Kester, Janesville. Wis.; one brother, Louis Bush, of Beloit, 111,; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services' were held Tuesday afternoon in the First Baptist church, at Fairbank, conducted by the pastor, Rev. G. A. Thomas. Music was furnished by Mrs. G. A. Thomas, and Mrs. Carl Reehkemmer, vocal, Mrs. C. W. Finch, piano. Burial was made in the cemetery at Fairbank.
