NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the undersigned Ray Henry; Combs and Louise Caroline Combs, residents of Monroe County, Florida, will on Saturday, the 23rd day of December,' A. D. 1939 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, apply to the Honorable Arthur Gomez, one of the Judges of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for Monroe County, for an Order to legalize their adoption of Joseph Wood, Jr., a minor, now fourteen months of age, and a resident of Key West, Monroe County, Florida. , Dated at Key West, Florida, this 22nd day of November, A.D. 1939.(Sd.)
