Y., a sophomore at Ohio State' university, Columbus, was bound over to the grand jury here on a charge of manslaughter.While driving the automobile of a roommate, Milton Y. Rusotto, of Akron, a freshman at Ohio State, Rudolph allegedly struck and killed Don McCamman, 16, on the highway nearhere on Sept. 26.Rudolph was freed on $1000 bond.
