ON A STATUTORY CHARGE.Jacob Bfatz Will Be Given a HearingMonday,Jacob Blatz was arrested at the instance of Susan Getz yesterday and taken before ’Squire Sibila last night. He was charged with being the father of her 18-moaths old. child and plead not guilty. The preliminary hearing will be held Monday afternoon.
