RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT.The Circuit Court Piiyn a Tribute to the Memory of the Lute Atmou B. Ives.At the conclusion of the regular business of the circuit court yesterday the following resolutions were passed and ordered spread upon the records:Whereas, Almon B. Ives, one of th« oldest members of the McLean county bar, has departed this life after a long and painful sickness, borne with great patience and courage, be itRewlvtd, By the members of the bar here assembled, that we desir# to express our appreciation of his life, character and public services.Revived, That he was au able lawyer and faithful counsellor, a public spirited citizen, a faithful, honest and energetic officer, a man whose aid, if in his power, never failed his friends in their days of need.Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be presented to the judge of the Circuit Court and ttat he be requested to or-der them to be spread upon the records of said court, and that a copy thereof be sent to the family of the deceased, and that as a further mark of our esteem the bar and officers of the County and Circuit Court attend in a bodj the fun ral of Mr. Ives.E.
