LEGAL.Administrator’s Sale of Personal Property.•pHEundersigned administrator of the estate of Frederick Kincaid, deceased, will sell at public auction, at the late residence of the deceased, four and one-k alf miles north of Whitestown, ip Union township, Boone county, state of Indiana, onTuesday, the 8th day of January, 1889,The following personal property belonging to said estate, to-wit: Three horses, 20 head of cattle, which include 5 milch cows; 1,500 bushels of corn In the crib. 300 bushels of wheat. in the bln, hay in the bam, clover seed, farm-| ing implements, household and kltchetmfur-* nlture, and numerous other articles too 1 tedious to mention.TERMS: Sums of |5.00 and under will be cash on day of sale.
