Mr Bennett has been with this bank sinet 1904 and has been largely instrumental in building up its businesstrie Company as an office and display room for electrical fixtures and equipment.—_ In -front of-the entrance- to the Trust Company a handsome new bronze clock has been installed on the curb. This clock, which is electrically illuminated, has two dials, which face up and down Mam street, the dials being of art glass 24 inches in diameter, and surmounted by the words, “Tioga County Savings and Trust Company ” The clock is fifteen feet six inches in. height and two feet five inches wide, constructed of bronze with copper hood at the top and bottom. This handsome time piece is controlled by electricity from a master clock inside the building which operates to advance the hands of the big clock each minute and insures practically perfect time.The clock is equipped with Westminster chimes which peal forth their ^message every quarter hour of the day.
