Summers and Hiram Young, figured in a fcabaes corpus proceedings here in the circuit court yesterday for thepossession of their little granddaughter, Ruth Young, age 11 years.Attorney Hovey Kirk Tepresefttod the paternal grandfather, Young, who has cared for the little child since 5 days old following the death of her mother, and although the court decided the maternal grandfather ,Millard Summers, should have the custody of the child, the attorney said:“Never in my practice of law did I ever hear two gentlemen—for they were gentlemen, each of them—say more nice things about each other. It was the most touching case I have ever tried.”Prior to the case being brought into court Mr. Summers had been appointedguardian of the child. No ill feelingexisted between the grandparents at the conclusion of the case.i
