Priest was held. A th resolution was read by Carl E. [es Robinson, mem her of the committee appointed frcm the bar association, to draft such a resolution. Following its presentation and} adoption, Mr. Robinson spoke in a personal way, voicing his appreciation of Mr. Trieste kindliness and his especial friendship' for those weak or unfortunate.William N. Hairgrove, long a friend of Mr. Priest, also spoke in an eulogistic way. He referred to genuine charity or spirit as one of the most marked eharae-bie | teristios of the deceased attorney.J. Marshall Miller was another of the speakers. Mr. Miller had long had friendly relations with Mr. Priest and said that he had come to greatly admire his sincerity and uprightness.Words of appreciation of Mr. Priest’s Character and ability were also voiced by Judge E.
