Hnri-bert, of Chicago, in the chair, and N. E. Young, Of Washington, at his post as Secretary. A. H. Sodeti was elected a Director, to fill the vacancy causedby the withdrawal of J. W. M: Ntff and the Cincinnati Club. ■: C-,-:.. • i: VThe championship was awarded to the Provi-enee Club 011 a tabulated statement submitted by le Secretary, only six games played with the Syracuso Stars being counted.On resolution, the meeting decided that the Syracuse Star3 hud forfeited their membership m the League.Applications for reinstatement to membership from Alexander McKinnon, of the Troys, and Wna. Ford Evans, of Cleveland, being present. President Hnribert was in the chair, and N. E. Young was Secretary, as before. Justus Thorner ■ nud O. P.
