Seismic Devices Record ShakesREXBURG, Idaho (AP)-It can't quite record the drop of a pin miles away, but Ricks College has some new earthquake-detecting devices it says are 2,-000 times more sensitive than its older equipment.School officials say the new seismic equipment probably is second only to University of Utah facilities in the Inter-mountain West.Edmund J. Williams, head ofBOISE, Idaho (AP)-Idaho’s Department of Transportation says it's likely to get crowded around Twin Falls Sept. 8 and suggested some altternate routes for people who must travel across the state.Sept. 8 is the scheduled date for Evel KnievePs rocket leap over the Snake River Canyon.
