The dog owner reasoned his canine had been kidnaped.A hunt that ensued cost Cas-teiuon more than $200 in phonecalls and one long trip. He was rewarded early this weekwhen a tip paid off.The former Army paratrooper, who never lost hope he would find his parachuting dog alive, received several false leads.
