Dagg ami Lady, to succeed my excellent friend, Rev. J. G. Nash, as Principals of the College.Prof. Dagg. has for many vears devoted himself to the work of teaching with grest success. He is a gentleman of rare qualifications for the position. He is a son of the distinguished divine and author, Dr. Dagg. whose name he bears. He is a half brotuer of Prof. Noah K. Davis, of the University of Virgiuia, and formerly President of the Judson Female College.Mrs. Dagg has had large experience in teaching, and is admirably fitted by naturo and cultivation to be the co-laborer of her husband.Danville is situated in the North part of the State, snd has abundant material for a good school.
