Logan County Fair Opens With ParadeBELLEFONTAINE - The Logan County Fair opens at 9 a.m. today. An antique car parade through the business section of Bellefontaine will officially open the fair. Featured in the parade wilt be an old fashioned calliope, owned by * Nathan Coon, Russells Point.Four nights of harness racing are slated, with pari - mutuel betting for the first time in Logan County. Eighty - three coltsLogan County Sheriffs’ Department will have their headquarters at the fair. Assisting t h e sheriff will be members of the Willard Stout American Legion Post, Belle Center.Thursday, the 4 final day of the fair will feature an open pony show, with seven classes at 9 a.m. in front of the grandstand. Thursday evening the final attraction in front of the grandstand will be an auto thrill show.
