Custer, resident manager of the company’s Balti-1 more and Dresden mill division, made Ihe announcement concerning the mill's closing.Ho said the mill was handicapped under today's highty-com* petitive conditions since it was limited to manufacturing a sin* gle grade and width of com* gating stock paper.
