City court this morn nig.The circumstances of Ansel’s death were unusual, ‘After oeing thrown from his car when it collided with Dorkin's machine, he walked about at'his home for two hours ’apparently uninjured. He collapsed and died from fracture of the. skull at the Bridgeport hospital an hour later.Dorkin reported the accident to ! the p.,lice. He was prostrated when ■ he leai;tied t.he fatal •outcome of the crash and physicians advised, against his being placed under arrest. He later informed the police that Luck-ness was driving when the accident happened.
