Williams St., from her daughter, Mrs. James Brown, San Diego, Calif., states that her husband, Capt Brown, has retired from active service in the U. S. Navy following ill health for the past three years.Carl H. Greider, acting postmaster at Harbor Hills since resignation of Harry J. Allbright, has been madepostmaster.
