This company begins business with 1600,000 paid up and non-aa-seaaible stock in .shares of glQO each,1867,600 of thla stock being pay to Mr. Slaughter for all bis ranch and cattle interest* to the American valley, in*oludlug 10,000 head of cattle, $3o,000worth of fine bulls, horses, lands, etc.; the remainder of the stock, 1182,600, to Thomas B. Cation and Henry M. Atkinson, for all their cattle and range interests In the American valley, including 1,400 head of cattle, amount of patented land, etc.The company's office is to he at Socorro, and a branch at Santa Fe.The officers are: William B- SA*i% tiler, president and general manager, Thomas B. Catron, vice-president, Henry M Atkinson, secretory and 0. M. Folsom, treasurer.The directors for !th# first threemonth* will be; William B. Slang h-1.1ter, Thomas B. Catron, Henry at. Atkinson and Judge H L. Warren. The company will have a rang* forty by sixty miles in extent and will have,with the present year's branding,fully 16,000 cattleNobody.
