Returned to Asylum.Henry Shockeney, northwest of town, was returned to the insane hospital, Saturday. He had been on parole for several months but recently he has developed symptoms which made it imperative that he should be returned. Mrs. Shock-eney has been ill with appendicitis for several weeks and his peculiar actions worried her considerably and retarded her recovery. On occasions he is .said tohave made threats to kill her if she did not get out of bed. At times he would sit in his doorway with a gun across his knees'watching for Dr. Underwood to put in his appearance. Dr. Underwood has been treating Mrs. Shockeney during her illness and Shockeney got it into his head that the services of a physician were not necessary. Deputy Sheriff Gentrytook him to the asylum. Shocken-cy was under the impression he was being taken back to the asylum to get his final discharge.
