Bissctte of Bailey will not seek rc-clection in the general elections here on Tuesday, but three candidates for that office have filed with Town Clerk Faye Finch.The candidates arc: Preston Finch, Drexall Rhodes and Mike Griffin.Terms of three of the town commissioners will expire, and five local citizens have filedas candidates for the posts.Those who filed for re-election are Tony Stott and Robert E.
